alright...setting up a home network between 2 laptops with Vista Service pack 1, and a PC with XP service pack 3. I can see the shared folders for both laptops on the XP computer, but on each Vista computer, i can only see the other laptops' shared files and folders, but not the XP. I have the netbios enabled over TCP/IP, i can see the XP on the network maps for both laptops, i just cant access the XP's shared folders and files. I have printer and file sharing enabled on all 3. and have no resistance from any firewalls.

try enabling file sharing for your entire C drive on the XP computers and then turning it off. it worked for me and a restart might be required.Windows xp %26amp; vista networking question?
