Is it possible to set up a Message Board on my network?

I want to set up a message board on my home network so all the computers (I have 10) connected to it can post and reply to messages between each other as well as have local (self-created) help articles for the most common problems and solutions that my family have with their computers.

Can someone please tell me how to do this because at the minuet I am using public folder sharing but having to create a new file sharing and it is getting to be a bit annoying

It doesn't have o be very fantastic as long as it lets you post and answer messages from the different computers on my home network. I am not even bothered about having it passworded or anything because the only people who will be using it will be the people who know the passwords to log on to the computers.

I have a mix of Vista and XP computersIs it possible to set up a Message Board on my network?
There's a hatfull of messenger items here: freeware, so pick one that looks to fill the bill %26amp; try it; get another if it's not quite what you wanted...
