How can I access my wireless network on Vista if it asks for credentials that I don't have?

Bought a new Compaq Presario C700 laptop with Vista Home Premium, whenever I try to access my wireless network (using a Belkin N Wirless Router - Cable) to set up an internet connection over the Wi-Fi a box appears and asks me to 'Enter Credentials' which are: 'User name', 'Password' and 'Logon Domain', I don't have any of these, no-where in Belkin's instructions does it have any of these, the closest I have is a WEP key but that doesn't work. Any help will be gratefully receivedHow can I access my wireless network on Vista if it asks for credentials that I don't have?
Enter the user name and password you setup when you setup the computer. (Don't enter a domain, unless you are joining one like using Server 2003 etc) Once entered that should allow access to the area where you set the WEP/WPA key.


(you can also enter ';Administrator'; and the admin password)

Added: The ';Credentials'; question only appears when you attempt to CHANGE a network connection. The one that is working isn't being changed but when you attempt wireless you are attempting to change the connection.How can I access my wireless network on Vista if it asks for credentials that I don't have?
