How Do I Set Up A File Share Network On Windows Vista Home Premium?

Hey!

I Currently have a lap-top and a desktop both with windows vista home premium, they are both wirelessly connected to my belkin router to go on the net already! What i wanted to know is how do i also sort out a network where i can transfer files between the two computers whenever i like and is there anything else i need to know about security for this as i already have a WEP password on my internet network? I was wondering if it was possible to just show my desktop computer on my lap top as another hard drive so i could come and go in it as i please?
